WEST FARGO — Eleven of 12 West Fargo businesses checked for tobacco compliance Wednesday, Oct. 14, passed. This is a 92% compliance rate, according to a press release issued by Fargo Cass Public Health on Wednesday, Oct. 21. Circle K at 2020 Sheyenne St. was the business that failed. It was the retailer's first failure within the last year. West Fargo's penalty for a first-time violation is a written warning and one year of probation.
