Pizza Bruno Closing College Park Location, Pacchioni’s Cheesesteaks Moving In — Bonita Springs Dining news

College Park is losing one pizza joint but gaining another, with a side of Philly cheesesteaks. Pizza Bruno will close its College Park location at 2429 Edgewater Drive on Saturday, November 7, making way for Pacchioni s Cheesesteaks Pizza, which plans to open in early December. Owner Bruno Zacchini is closing the restaurant after roughly three and a half years to focus on his original Pizza Bruno location on Curry Ford Road. According to Orlando Weekly s Faiyaz Kara, Zacchini cited personal challenges, rising delivery fees, and expenses associated with his now-closed Maitland Social location as contributing factors. Taking over the space is Daniel Pacchioni, whose popular food truck launched in February 2025 with globally inspired Philly cheesesteaks developed in collaboration with chef Mike Collantes of Soseki and Sushi Saint. The menu includes creations like the Korean-inspired K-Drama with bulgogi glaze and kimchi, and the Island Spice with Jamaican jerk seasoning
